Free Fuel Prize Draw:  2nd April 2026 to 7th April 2026

 


#1 The Promoter is One Partner Ltd, trading as better finance™, located at 14/987 Ferry Road, Ferrymead, Christchurch, 8023.

    1. #2 To be eligible to win, the entrant must complete all three entry steps during the Promotional Period (see clause 4): (a) follow @betterfinancenz on Instagram or Facebook; (b) like the Promotional Post; and (c) tag one person in the comments of the Promotional Post.

    3. #3 Shareholders, directors, employees, partners, sales agents and associated immediate families are ineligible to enter the Promotion. This limitation extends to lenders, product providers and referral partners related to better finance™.

    5. #4 The Promotional Period commences 2 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 7 April 2026.

    7. #5 Entry is limited to one per person and each entry is only eligible for one Prize. Multiple tags in the comments do not constitute multiple entries.

    9. #6 The Winner will be randomly drawn on 8 April 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The Winner will be notified by direct message via the platform on which they entered the Promotion.

    11. #7 The Prize is a $200 fuel voucher. The fuel voucher will be awarded from the Winner's choice of: BP, Z, Caltex, Gull or Mobil.

    13. #8 The Prize must be taken as offered, cannot be redeemed for cash and is neither transferable nor exchangeable, except at the Promoter's sole discretion.

    15. #9 If a Prize is not claimed by 22 April 2026 after the Promoter has made best efforts to contact the Winner, the Prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.

    17. #10 If the Winner decides not to accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.
    18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    20. #11 The Promoter will not in any instance be held accountable by the Winner, their agent or other user of the Prize, for any costs, liability, direct or consequential loss, injury, damages and/or claims arising out of the use of the Prize. The Winner, their agent or user of the Prize accepts and assumes all liability for any costs, liability, direct or consequential loss, injury, damages and/or claims which arise from their use and/or redemption of the Prize.

    22. #12 Once the Winner has been contacted by the Promoter, eligibility to win the Prize has been confirmed, and the Prize and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the Winner, his or her name will be used in the Promoter's marketing material and announcements. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to have their name published online, in print or other media without payment or compensation.
